Processing time

  • In-stock items: typically ship within 1–5 business days.
  • Special-order / made-to-order items: may require additional lead time. If an item needs extra production time, we’ll confirm by email (or in your quote).

If we can’t ship within the timeframe shown at checkout or quoted to you, we’ll contact you with options to approve a delay or cancel for a refund.

Shipping methods (parcel vs. freight)

Freight is typically the recommended option:
For mouldings, freight often provides the safest packaging and delivery conditions, especially for longer pieces and multi-piece orders.

Parcel / courier shipments:
Courier service may be available for 1–2 pieces depending on the profile, packaging, and destination.

Freight / oversized shipments:
Long lengths and bulkier orders may ship via freight (LTL) or other oversized carriers. Freight deliveries are typically curbside, and may require:

  • Clear site access for larger trucks
  • Delivery appointment coordination (in some areas)
  • Additional services (residential, liftgate, limited-access) which may add carrier surcharges

If you’re ordering a larger quantity or want us to confirm the best shipping method, request a quote and we’ll review packaging, freight options, and total cost:

Shipping rates, quotes, and adjustments

Shipping rates for standard orders are calculated at checkout based on item dimensions, weight, destination, and the packaging method available for that order.

Because mouldings can be oversized and irregularly packaged, actual carrier costs can sometimes differ from automated estimates. If a shipment requires an adjustment (e.g., freight classification, oversized handling, accessorial charges, or a change from parcel to freight), we will contact you for approval before shipping. If we can’t reach you or you don’t approve the updated charges, we may cancel the order and refund you.

Tracking

You’ll receive a shipment confirmation and tracking details by email once your order ships.

For freight shipments, tracking may be provided as a carrier PRO number or appointment notice.

Delivery & inspection (important)

Please inspect your shipment immediately upon delivery.

Parcel deliveries

  • Inspect the box for visible damage before opening.
  • Take photos of any damage to the packaging and product.

Freight / pallet deliveries

  • Inspect the shipment before signing the delivery receipt.
  • If you see damage or missing pieces, note it on the delivery receipt (bill of lading) and take photos.
  • If there is significant damage, you may refuse the shipment (or accept it with damage noted), then contact us right away.

Damage, missing items, or shipping issues — 24-hour reporting window

Report shipping damage, missing items, or wrong items within 24 hours of delivery and include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the product(s) and all packaging
  • A brief description of the issue

Note: Keep all packaging until your claim is resolved. Carriers often require packaging/photos to process claims.

Address accuracy, access, and re-delivery

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and correct shipping address and delivery contact information.

If a shipment is returned or delivery fails due to issues such as an incorrect address, refusal, missed appointment, or lack of site access, any additional carrier charges (re-delivery, storage, re-routing, etc.) may be the responsibility of the buyer.

Cross-border deliveries

Shipping availability and timelines vary by destination. Cross-border shipments can be subject to transit and carrier scheduling.
