Our exterior moldings use a precision-cut EPS foam core finished with a durable, flexible polymer-cement coating designed for weather resistance and crack resistance. For wet climates, long-term performance depends on using the specified primer coats and finishes and following EIFS installation requirements for exterior moldings.

Yes. For exterior moldings, installation must follow EIFS manufacturer requirements. Do not use frozen material and do not apply to frozen substrate. Temperature before, during, and until coatings cure should not be less than 5C (41F).
