Who we are

Molding Studio is based in Canada and focuses on one thing: lightweight architectural moldings for interior and exterior projects. Our range covers crown and cove moldings, LED light coves, ceiling beams, window and door trim, sills, cornices, bands, quoins and column components. The aim is simple: add real architectural detail without the weight and complexity of traditional materials.

How our moldings are made

Every profile has an expanded polystyrene (EPS) foam core and a protective coating. Interior profiles use a lightweight polymer-modified plaster coating. Exterior profiles use a flexible, polymer-modified acrylic cementitious coating designed for exterior use. The result is crisp detail that is light and easier to handle and install. Our moldings are produced to order by our manufacturing partner in standard 8-foot lengths.

How ordering works

Build your cart or send us a quote request. We calculate shipping for your exact order and destination, then contact you to confirm the details before we send a secure invoice. Nothing is charged until you approve and pay that invoice.

Where we ship

We ship across Canada and the United States. Invoices are issued in US dollars.

We answer email Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. Eastern Time, and aim to reply to quote requests within 1–2 business days. Once your order is paid, we'll send you our installation guide.
